Returns and Exchanges
We do not issue refunds on any orders. However, we offer exchanges for unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a craftsmanship error.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders. If there is a verified craftsmanship issue, it must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us with pictures and a description of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit, and we will cover the return shipping for the defective item.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure that all details for custom orders are correct before confirming your order, as we are unable to make changes once production begins.


Warranty
Our products are made with the highest quality materials and the utmost attention to detail to ensure they last a long time. If you have an issue related to craftsmanship and you’re outside the return window, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss your available options. Note about Uniqueness: 

The products I create are made from one of a kind leather. Leather is a natural product so there are differences with each piece. The items pictured are to show you styles. The leather pictured is to show you the color options. These items are also handmade so there will be slight variances from piece to piece.
