Quality Product and Exceptional Service

My wife and I recently celebrated our 3-year anniversary, which is traditionally celebrated with leather gifts. I thought she might appreciate a new leather bag, so I found Ansgar from a Google search. Soon after ordering the black sling bag, I learned that my wife preferred a brown bag instead. Within 24 hours of my email request for an exchange, Svein responded, guaranteeing the exchange and informing me how long it would take to make and ship. It arrived exactly within the time frame he gave me, and my wife absolutely loves it! It's the perfect size for small, everyday items she needs with her most of the time, and it's simply a beautiful bag.

There is only one small complaint that she has for it, which is that the rings keeping the strap attached to the bag are located so close to the center of the bag (rather than near the top) that it will often flip upside down when she picks it up by the strap. However, still a small complaint.

Svein's quick assistance and excellent craftsmanship have definitely earned Ansgar 5 stars from me! Thank you for helping make our anniversary that much more special to us!
